The demand for our scrap services is growing continuously. More and more customers confide in our accurate and precise services. You receive the laboratory analysis report informing you about the exact loss through melting and cindering as well as the exact precious metal content of your scrap. After crediting this content to your metal account, it will be you to decide how it should be activated: delivery of Burger products via your metal account, shipment of bullion or shots, credit note in euro or cost-free metal endorsements in favour of other manufacturers of precious metals. We don't mind collecting your scrap on your premises - all free of charge!

Purchase of silver-plated goods

Due to the considerably increased silver price, silver-plated resp. stamped goods would also be worth while recycling.
We are ready to purchase your silver-plated goods such as cutlery and tableware which are stamped e. g. 80 / 90 or 100. However, knives have to be selected as they are handled separately.

To save money it is recommended to separate knife blades from recyclable material.
Complete knives are repeatedly added to oxidised silver batches. The average knife weighs between  61 and 96 grams. The weight proportion of each handle is approx. 25 % of the total weight. As for  800 silver, the fine silver proportion would only be max. 20 % of the total weight. Nevertheles, the recycling costs are calculated on the basis of the weight delivered resp. the weight of the entire knives. We therefore recommend that you remove the blades prior to dispatch – to keep your bill nice and low!
